Hi I’m Molly B and I am launching a new podcast. Step into the rich tapestry of history and personal narratives with Golden Tidbits Podcast. We will be interviewing everyday people, but with a twist. All of our guests have at least 70 years of life experience with most having more than 75 years of life experience. So join me as my guests take us on a personal journey through their childhood. In each episode, our guests help us to uncover their life stories, wisdom, and the defining moments that have shaped their journeys. These conversations offer a rare glimpse into the past, filled with nostalgia, legacy, and timeless tales. We will explore their friendships, their education, their family dynamics, and journey down the driveway to their youth, passing along memory lane, twisting by nostalgia and taking us to a bygone era. This podcast will put a smile on your face and bring you to a happier place, even if it is a little bittersweet. You’ll be yearning for home and youth. Not everything in these stories will be painted with rose colored glasses, but it will be real and it will be honest, which is something we can all hope we get back to in our modern times. Featured on our first season is Jeanne Shepherd. She has lived off the land for her whole life, not batting an eye at a challenge and taking life head on. As a freshman in high school, Jeanne had her own apartment and supported herself through high school with a part-time job in Sundance, WY. I wonder how many High School Freshman know how to wash their own clothes and cook a meal today? I am sure this story is worth the listen.
